Hiiii,
i am working in a pvt.ltd.co. We are deducting TDS u/s 195 agst ECB Loan interest payment taken from bank.But the gross amt. of interest was payable to bank.Therefore the good amount TDS was bear by us.In this case can we issue a FORM 16A or how to claim our TDS from Gov. please advice me.

The TDS shall form your cost .
Also the Form 16A is required to be issued but even if you don't issue there should be consequences for the same.
