RESPECTED SIR/MAM,
LAST YEAR I HAVE WON Rs. 1,01,000 FROM A PLOT SCHEME, AND THE TDS DEDUCTED AT 30% FROM THAT AMOUNT, WHETHER SUCH TDS IS REFUNDABLE, IF I DON'T HAVE ANY OTHER TAXABLE INCOME??
