Dear sir ,

We are a adv. service provider and we are giving tax invoice to party but they are deducted our tds it is correct if it is correct why .

15 July 2011 Advertising service is attract TDS under sec.194C, so tds deducted by party correct only

15 July 2011 But sir we are Giving tax invoice not service invoice so please tell me as per per this case we made sighboard with printing and party deducted our tds .

15 July 2011 Printing signboard is not advertising expenses.Ask your vendor don`t deduct TDS on bills, if they do so ask clarification as perr which section they are doing deduction
