17 July 2013 To get the refund of TDS into your Bank account you will have to file your income tax return. Refund will be issued provided your taxable income is NIL.

17 July 2013 Check the status of your refund by loging into your account at Income Tax Website. It will take at least 60 days from the date of filing of the return.
