Sir,
This is to inform you that we had deposited TDS of Rs 1000/- (One Thousand Only) u/s 194-J pertaining to the month of March’2010 but at the time of online payment of the said amount the NAture of payment was wrongly selected as .......instead of ...................
We therefore request you to kindly make the necessary correction in your records. We are also enclosing a photocopy of the said challan.
We regret for our inadvertent mistake.
