TDS Certificate through Email to Parties

Presently, we need to issue Form 16A Quarterly to Parties by 30th of Every Month Post completion of quarter. However, these needs to be issued Physically to parties with Digital Signature. Now TDS Certificate's - Form 16A needs to be downloaded from NSDL website.
Is there any provision in Income Tax Act, 1961 to issue TDS certificate - Form 16A thru email directly to Parties. All parties can print TDS Certificate's received thru email.
This will reduce operational inefficiencies.
Kindly confirm .
