when should the certificate of TDS be issued?Is it enough if Form 16A be issued once in a year or issued as & when the Qtrly return is filed?

In case of isolated transactions with in one month from the end of the month during which credit/payment is made. In case of continuous
transactions with in one month from the last day of the financial year.(Once in an year.)

You can issue as soon as the tax deducted from him is paid to Dept.
You Issue Certificate After Return Filling So You Also Mention the Acknowledge number of quarterly return filled..
If you wana issue TDS certificate before filling you issue it mentioning Yet to Be Filed.. in ACK number column.. and showing the tax payment details..
