10 July 2008 Has the provision of issuance of TDS Certificates by the deductee been removed from AY 2009-10 onwards?

Please reply soon this is really urgent

The provision of issuance of TDS certificates by the deductee has not been removed from the AY 2009-10 & the same has been postponed by the department. So please issue all tds certificates in time.
