what can we do when tds certificate is given for lower amt than deducted

ASK THE DEDUCTOR TO ISSUE THE CERTIFICATE OF SAME AMOUNT AS DEDUCTED.

The Deductor has to issue a Cerificate in Form no.16/16A and if TDS is deducted but not deposited then ask the depositor to refund the amt. deducted.
