Employer did not give salary certificate. Can any person show his salary income under the head of salary if no then which head he has to show his income ? whcih head will he show his income ?

No.If you are a Salary Income so you have to file your IT return as Salary Employee for that you need Form 16 in which you can find you TDS deductions. if you dont have your Form 16 & Salary Certification then onething if you have Salary Details along with your TDS deduciton Details & also TAN no. of your Employer then You can filed your IT return without form 16,Salary Certificate or TDS certificate.
one important thing If your Employer is Filling his IT return then you have to ask agian for form 16.
