We r institute and getting contract for one year with Sify Tech. Ltd for providing Internet bandwidth services . Sify bill comes quarterly with services tax.Now the question is at the time of payment whether such amount would be liable to deduct TDS u/s 194C or 194J.

if their billing is just for providing internet no need to deduct tds in this case
