Tds against fd

Despite of submitting 15H Form , United Bank of India has deducted TDS of Rs. 4000/- . Br. Manager advised me to fill up return Form for refund of TDS amt. He has no repentance about their great mistake. I would like to know where to approach for action against bank's such type of mistake and the alternate way to get back the amt..

This types of mistake happens. Don't angry on bank manager.
if you do not have taxable income than file your return and get the refund.
There are lots of benifit of filling of return.

Every bank has ombudsman which is a centralized agency where the complaints can be registered. You can approach the bank ombudsman for this purpose.
