29 November 2011 Can TDS deducted be paid in the same month?
Ie: deducted correctly, be paid immediately?

30 November 2011 TDS of month deducted shall be deposit upto 7th of following the month(APR-FEB)...But in case YOU CAN DEPOSIT TDS ON OR BEFORE 30 APRIL IN THE CASE WHERE TDS HAS BEEN DEDUCTED THROUGHOUT THE MONTH OF MARCH.

BUT IN THE CASE OF SALARY TDS DEPOSIT DATE IS 7TH APRIL

30 November 2011 There is no restriction on payment of TDS liability immediately. The only restriction is that it should be paid by the 7th of the succeeding month.

So, TDS deducted can be deposited immediately.

30 November 2011 You can pay the tax deducted on the same day itself. No issues

30 November 2011 There is no problem in paying the TDS on the same day.

The days restriction is only for the outer limit. so you can pay TDs any time before or upto such outer limit.

02 December 2011 you may deposit tds on the same day when you dedcuted it.
