If an employee say 'A" leave company suppose july-11,and join new company, tan
1) how new company deduct TDS on salary if employee not submitted form 16,
whether new employer deduct TDS on whole salary i.e current salary and salary from previous employer
if new employer deduct only TDS on current salary ,than there is any liability of new employer

If the employee has not reported his any other income or any salary from previous employer then current employer need to deduct TDS only on Salary paid by him.. there is no other obligation on the part of current employer....
