In case of Loan taken from kotak Mahindra Prime Limited for purchase of vehicle. Payment (Installment) made by ECS . Whether TDS deducted on Interest Paid against loan.

24 August 2011 Kotak mahindra prime limited is cover under category of Banking company and public financial institutions so TDS not applicable on that interest
