27 June 2011 Dear Sir,
I have deducted tax of a person on account of Professeonal services but by fault deposited under tds on contractor.
Can i file tds return on the basis of that return or I have to deposit tds on professional again?

27 June 2011 File a petition to the TDS officer for rectifying the head of deposit made by you with correct head of TDS. This will be rectified through the computer.
