Dear Expert
if I booked two different bills of one party on two different dates, of contract Rs.19,000 and Rs.18,000 and made a payment on single date by cheque of Rs.37,000 whether TDS will be applicable.

No. TDS need not be deducted if you have two separate bills as mentioned above.
