a company has entered in an agreement with the other for printing & fabrication of vinyl stickers for the company. The second company will purchase, design & print the same for the first company. whether first company has any liability to deduct TDS on contractor or any other TDS

In my opinion .. its a contract for sale / purchase & hence TDS is not applicable.
