10 August 2010 we entered into an MOU with one company for finding the professional and recruting the professional and training them and also maintain the data and pay the salary on behalf of the company.for this we pay the some amount in addition to salary what ever they to the professionals..
my doubt is ...how much TDs have to deduct on the fee paid to him (excluding salary of professional)...
whether it is a contract or professional service..... i mean 2% or 10% which one is correct..
