Dear all,
TDS U/s 194 C for Firm instead of Deducting 2% i have deducted 1 % for the last FY 09-10
TDS return filed also done for the Last FY 09-10
so kindly give me solutions

Deduct remaining TDS and dseposit with interest @1% per month. And file revised TDS return.
