Please clarify ,


X and Y are sharing the stall in the GOVT organised exhibition,


X pays GOVT for the stall Rs. 4 lacs and no TDS,


Y pays X his share of 2 lacs , is TDS applicable for him to claim this expenditure............it is not an income to X as it is just reimbursement.
