Whether TDS is deductible on the composite bill received towards software purchased and installed? Under which section TDS to be deducted? Any case laws to justify the deduction of Tax?

TDS IS DEDUCTIBLE ONLY ON INSTALLATION CHARGES AND NOT ON PURCHASE OF SOFTWARE.
