A TELECOME DISTRIBUTOR GETS COMMISSION INCLUDING THE COMMISSION OF THE RETAILERS, WHICH DISTRIBUTER WILL TRANSFER TO THEM LATER.
TDS IS DEDUCTED ON TOTAL COMMISSION(DISTRIBUTOR+HIS RETAILERS)IN THE NAME OF DISTRIBUTER.
sir my question is, TDS on retailer commission is deducted in the name of distributor.now what distributor should do?
1.claim refund from department.
2.pass on the tds deduction to the retailer

Distributor Will have to Claim Refund and then you have to Pay the amount to Retailer which was deduted on Retailer.
