is it required to make tds on bill amounted to Rs 35000/-, where material is Rs 32000/- and labour Rs 3000/- bill of electrical material and maintainable.

You have to deduct TDS u/s 194C as your payment is more than Rs.30000/- in single transaction.

is tds applicable on software purchase amounted to Rs 54000/- with single purchase invoice, where vat separately shown on purchase invoice.

No matter how much is amount of labour if total payment for contract exceeds Rs.30000 then you have to deduct TDS
