DOES A SOCIETY NEED TO DEDUCT TDS FOR PURCHASE OF ART PAINTING FROM A INDIVIDUAL WORTH RS ONE LAC. THE INDIVIDUAL IS NOT ARTIST SO CAN NOT BE TERMED AS PROFESSIONAL
