I did not select certificate from Income Tax Department (197) when i filled TDS original return 26Q. Demand raised how can i revise the return and select certificate from IT department. Tds on commission @ 10% but we received certificate from IT department @ 6.5%. How can i solve this problem. Please help me.

This is a case of short deduction of tds . you have to deduct tds @ 10% ; you can deduct shorter is short deduction certificate provided by deductee. You have to mentioned short deduction certificate no while Filling of tds return 26Q
