sir subcontractor raised bill to main contractor with WCT @ 5% and service tax 4.99% now my question is tds to be deduct before I indirect tax or. after indirect tax pl kindly clarify Sir

Income tax has to be deducted on the contract amount plus WCT but excluding service tax.
