20 March 2015 experts, if a person do not have PAN and TDS has been deducted.After some time, he obtains a PAN and now he wants to claim the TDS deducted.Is it possible..?? if affirmative, then how..

20 March 2015 then u must file itr and claim in it

20 March 2015 Dear Rishabh at the time of deduction of TDS the person did not have a PAN. Now after getting the PAN he needs to request the deductor to submit the revised TDS return mentioning the PAN so that the amount of TDS gets credited on 26AS. After that you need to file appropriate ITR to claim refund of TDS as per your income tax computation.
