12 March 2015 whether TDS is required to be deducted on Inland Haulage charges or oncarriage charges and other similar charges paid by Importer to shipping lines (whether Foreign Shipping Lines or their agents in India).

12 March 2015 What relevance does section 172 of Income Tax Act or circular 723 dated 20.12.1995 has on the above?

12 March 2015 sec 172 is accelaerated assessment so tds will not be affected with it and hence u need to deduct tds u/s 195 in case there is no dtaa between india and that foreign country.
