Dear expert,
i have deducted the tds on two payment as per section 194J first the 20000/- was given on 12/10/2014, i have not deduct the tds. but not i have made payment to the same rs 60000/- and i have deducted 10% tds on 5000 but which date will be consider in TDS statement.

i didnt got
u paid total 80000, then tds should b on the said 80000 not on 80000-75000

yes deduct tds on full amount of 80,000 u/s 194J
