suppose in FY 2012-13 my TDS deducted by employer, but unfortunately i have not filled my income tax return till date. one of the tax expert has suggested me that income tax return of FY 2012-13 could be filled till date 31-3-2015, but i want to know if i filled income tax return for FY 2012-13 now. will the TDS amount be claim now. which was deducted in FY 2012-13
