sr i have deposited and filed tds return for ay 15-16 q2 for 24q but dept considererd it as 26q wrongly . now i have received a demand order under 24q....:-) so plzz tell me what to do???

then you can talk to the helpdesk mentioned on traces website pr meet the jurisdictional ao (tds range) if helpdesk do not help you.

If you have filed 24Q then how can department consider it as 26Q? They will have only 24Q filed by you. Have never come across such a case.
Have you filed return in 24Q wrongly? Remember 24Q is for TDS deducted from Salary. Please elaborate your query and mention the exact situation in detail.
