One party has make payment of Rs 30,000.(15000+15000)to professional person on April 2008.so he has not deducted TDS on that.
In jan he make another payment of Rs 30,0000.so he has to deduct TDS.
How it will be disclosed in TDS Return for Jan-09 to March-09.
