I HAVE A BUSINESS MY TURNOVER IS BELOW 40 LAKH & I AM PAYING RENT 130000 SHOULD I DEDUCT TDS AT TIME OF PAYMENT &IF ITS A COMPANY THEN

If you are a individual or huf and your gross turn over is below 40 lakhs then you need not deduct TDS.
