25 April 2014 Suppose i want to Give salary to my staff (20,000) per month + 20000 as bonus
what is the TDS Calculation

Also can i give him full salary( minus PT)
what is the use of TDS

if i want to give a company payment what is the rate

suppose i collect more than 30,000 for 1 salary person is there any different slabs
