pls let me know TDS applicable on payment to any govt body for inspection fees with fall under section 194J

payment to government or a government owned company?? if the payee is covered under section 196, then no TDS. if not covered, then usual 10%.

payment to govt body is covered by sec 196 hence no tds applicable in this case.
