pls let me tds is applicable on payment to co op society for maintainace of building with sum of Rs.250000/- under section 194c

most probably not as cooperative housing societies operate on the basis of mutuality and there is no income angle to their operations.

For maintainace of building by co-op soc there is no tds applicable,
