if trust given payment to the pvt ltd company for stall booking amt 108900t
what will be rate for

assuming that you are taking a space to put up stall in some exhibition or something similar, such a transaction should be covered under 194-I. However, since the payment made is less than Rs 1.8 lakhs (assuming no other payment is made to the pvt ltd company during the year), no Taxes are to be deducted.
