Dear Experts
I have received a order u/s 201(1)/201(1A) of the income tax act 1961. I have filled my TDS Return for F.Y. 2009-2010 on 16/10/2009. But there was some date mistake and i didnt revised my return till date. Now i received a order u/s 201(1)/201(1A). Now can i revised my return or i have to go for appeal. Please solve the query as soon as possible.
