i want to upload tds return online i have never registered before whether i have to register in tin-nsdl.com or traces.gov.in and what is the procedure and documents i have to submit and i also want to update my address in tan please advice

Yagnesh. You cannot directly upload TDS return by yourself. Only TIN-FC centers can upload it. So find a TIN-FC in your locality and submit the FVU file in a CD and Form27A for that Quarter. They will charge Rs.31 for a return. You can copy any number of FVUs in a CD but copy them in their concern name and quarter for differentiation and to avoid confusion.
