I HAVE FORGOT ALL MY ETDS EFILING PASSWORD & USER ID HOW CAN I RECOVER IT PLEASE HELP

Where the USER IDs & passwords were originally created either in TIN-NSDL or TRACES? If in TIN-NSDL you have to again create in TRACES. Because we can not do anything regarding form16A or other details in TIN-NSDL from Nov 2012. But if in Traces, you have options in LOGIN place for both Forgot User ID and password.
