Dear Sir/Madam,
If a professional is retired and now he is rendering service to other concern. wtehther he will be now covered u/s 192 or 194C or 194J for TDS?

If he is rendering Services as Professional, Covered under 194J.
If as Employer Employee relations then 192.
if There is any Work Contract Fixed, in That Labour+Material Both Included Then 194C.
