Can any one tell me payment made to any person and TDS also deducted but same not deposited with govt. on due date, whether the such delay in deposit of TDS is required to disclose in Tax Audit Report.

If the payment doesn't made till the issue of tax audit report then has to show in tax audit report under the Chapter XVIIB provisions.
