27 July 2012 If any person whose activity as a Contractor and Service provide. But bill seperatly,

So, what is percentage of TDS deduction of that person?
Please help me out.......... its urgent..

27 July 2012 Sec 194C will be applicable.
Rate of TDS:
Individual/HUF @1%
Others @2%
No PAN 20%.

Threshold Limit:
Single payment Rs 30000/-
Annual Limit Rs 75000/- p.a.

27 July 2012 TDS IS TO BE DEDUCTED INCLUDING AMOUNT OF SERVICE TAX..
BUT NOT IN CASE OF TDS ON RENT.U/S 194I

TDS RATE U/S 194C

2% IN CASE OF CO/FIRM
1% IN OTHER CASES

27 July 2012 I think you want to ask that a person is providing services and he is working as a contractor also.
So if he is issuing bill separately then tds on contractor bill is 194 C.
on services then we need to see which type of services he is providing. if technical then 194 J.
