Will the TDS be charged on the Bill if the Brochure printed & the Bill amount is Rs.40294/- as well VAT is also charged @5% on Bill Amount.

25 July 2012 Printing charges will attract TDS only when you supplied the materials and using that material and printer doing the job, otherwise no tds attract u/s.194C
