if some person arranges a event for a company so under which sec tds will be deducted ????
and if a company buys images from a person so under which sec tds will be deducted ie proff or contracts ???
in both cases according to me it will be u/s 194J but plz provide the correct view

As per my opinion in 1st case... TDS to be deducted under 194 C.
2nd point , I am getting... what type of image you are buying. If its a simple purchase,,TDS will not apply.
Kindly elaborate the nature of 2nd.

the company which is buying images are in the business of advertising so i think its a prof. service provided to a company. the company is using that image in an advertisement
