Dear Experts,
can anyone suggest whether tds deducted during 2010-11 u/s 194C and tds paid on 03/11/2012 is eligible to claim expenditure in 2011-12 which was disallowed in 2010-11.
it's urgent, please suggest.

Since TDS was paid in 2011-12, it can be claimed as deduction in 2011-12.
