Hey all,
i would like to know what all taxes do i have to pay for the revenue generation through my website. ie. from Ads & Online Shopping .....
Also please let me know in which category shall i resgister my Co. for VAT,Assam.
And what will be the percentage of VAT?
And if service tax is applicable ... What Percentage?
and if service tax is applicable it will be in what ratio of the payment received?

RE SRVICE TAX APPLICABILITY- NO IDEA- SORRY.
No VAT is applicable on online Ads. VAT & CST will be applicable on nline shopping at the rates mentioned in schedules I-V.
Regarding your registration for the same, it will depends upon nature & volume of sales.
