can anyone plz tell me
i opened up a vodafone store where i will sell sim cards of vodafone along with that i will be collecting bills (postpaid bills) also.
1) whether this is a taxable service?
2) if yes then under which head it will b taxable?

Sale of simcards is not applicable for service tax. For collecting post paid bills, if you receive any commission from the company, it is taxable. But that should exceed 10 lacs to attract service tax. From 01.07.2012, other than negative list are taxable and hence only one code is given for all taxable service.

but now i m facing problem while filling up ST-1 form. as i click on magnifying glass to select "other than negative list services" system is giving me an error as "your request is not processed. kindly contact ur administrator. error code 500."
