21 March 2018 Dear Sir,
one of my client sells vegetable and income from it is 80000 yearly, he is also doing part time job at one office by which he earns 75000 as salary from one party only.

So now how to show both these in income tax and under which head

Can i show this as 44AD and salary income

Or 44ad and other income

22 March 2018 if the nature of the income is salary in nature, then show it as salary only and the income from vegetable sales under 44AD

22 March 2018 Actually the salary is in cash, that too not much approx 7000 monthly.. So i thought to show vegetable sales under 44ad and salary as part time income from clerical work. No Deduction of pf or anything else, just working at a local shop.Please guide

22 March 2018 according to me show salary as salary and income from vegetable sale as under presumptive income under 44AD. Believe this is one of the option you are considering as per your query.
